Well, yesterday was national espresso day - which I missed. Made up for it by making espresso shot today and mixing it with honey, milk, and banana puree (via blender) to make my very own Banana Puree Latte - it tastes amazing!! Like a banana smoothie but with the richness of coffee added to it!

Just another way to enjoy God's goodness!

This morning in church, in the kids room, I was waiting for the childcare worker and was building this with my 3 year old Abby.

She has a phrase "building the party" -- instead of "building the room or building".

I love the phrase because this is what we are doing when we reach people with God's love and grace - BUILDING THE PARTY -- bringing more people to God's eternal party, and BUILDING it because all who are saved make up the BODY of Christ, and His body is compared to stones of a temple.

So each new person we "bring to the party" is another stone to build it!!

For His glory and the good of mankind.

The sun has set on this Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, and thus the new night-day cycle (as laid out in Genesis) has begun, specifically for the new WEEK as well - the Roman Saturday was documented as the day the Jews kept their sabbath (7th and last day of the week), which Jesus acknowledged as well, and we never see Jesus changing that day, although he did correct the oppressive interpretation the leaders were adding to the sabbath.

And so as Genesis says, there was evening and morning, one day -- when the night comes on Saturday, it means the new 24 hour night-day cycle has begun (just called "day" of course as well) -- starting the new WEEK as well - the first day of the week!

Anyway, you're like, why does it matter?

Well, I want to align myself with my creator's calendar - His rhythm that He has for my life.

And as the sun set, I felt that undeniable feeling of new energy and drive as the new week is beginning.

It is so special to be on His rhythm - which I also felt earlier when just pausing and taking a break on shabbat (saturday - sabbath).

So I pray the Lord prospers us in this week emotionally, physically, financially, as we seek to spread His kingdom farther, to more hearts - that they encounter His grace and are drawn to God unto the forgiveness of their sins and new life in Him.

May the peace of the sabbath - 7th day set apart from creation - never explicitly changed in new testament - ABIDE with YOU this week - yes not just peace, but the very presence of our great Master Jesus (Yeshua closer to how it would have been said in Israel) - may HE be with you in EVERY MOMENT - comforting, guiding, helping you sidestep the landmines of the enemy, so we do not stumble.

SO BE IT, AMEN!!

Was listening to Disney music this morning. This song came on and it just reminded me that in Yeshua Jesus I truly have a friend that CARES, that SYMPATHIZES, that ROOTS for me, that has COMPASSION and MERCY for me!!  That friend took all my sin on the cross so I could have PEACE and BLESSING! WHAT A FRIEND!!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!
